How will items be posted?

Items will be posted separately and organized by city.  We have items that are local only to Bend, Portland and Salem as well as items that can be shipped.  If an item is available for shipping, the shipping rate will be included in the starting bid price.

How do I bid?

You can bid on an item by making a comment on the item you are interested in. You may come back and bid as often as you'd like until the auction officially closes.

What information do I need to include in my bid?

When placing your first bid please enter your full name and email address at which you can be contacted.

How do I pay for the item that I've won?

You can pay for your item through our first giving page: http://www.firstgiving.com/fundraiser/babydrake/haile  This means not only do you receive the item that you've won in auction, you will also receive a receipt from Firstgiving to claim on your taxes. Win, WIN!

How do I notify you that I've paid for my item?

Please forward your First Giving receipt to us at bringinghailehome@gmail.com so that we can have the item(s) shipped/delivered.

Do I need to cover the Firstgiving donation fee? 

No. It is covered in the price you are paying for the item.


What if I can't or don't want to pay over the internet?

Please contact us at bringinghailehome@gmail.com to make payment arrangements.

When do I need to pay for my item by, before it will be awarded to the second highest bidder?

Please make payment by Friday at 7pm PST AFTER the auction closes.
Example:
Auction Closed June 27th - payment due July 4th
Auction Closed July 25th - payment due August 1st
And so on...you get the picture.

What will happen to my item if I don't pay in time?  

If we don't receive payment by the payment deadline we will award the item to the second highest bidder.

What if I don't see an item I want to buy, but would like to make a donation?
